What is the return policy?
No worries if it’s not the right fit! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in original condition. Just reach out to our team, we’re happy to help!
How do I take care of my garment?
To keep your item(s) in its best condition, wash it inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Hang dry to maintain fabric quality and prevent shrinking. Do not iron directly on the embroidery design.

"MUROMACHI" COLLECTION UPDATES
Here you’ll find the latest updates on the production and shipping of the "Muromachi" Collection.

11 APRIL
All raw materials, including fabrics, buttons, YKK zippers and labels, have been ordered. The denim fabric is currently being prepared for panel cutting, while this stage has already been completed for the hoodies. These hoodie fabrics have also already been washed and pre-shrunk.
The tiger hoodie fabric is now being prepared for the all-over bamboo print. Once all fabrics have been cut into panels, they will proceed to the embroidery stage.
4 APRIL
The website has closed and production has started. Production is expected to take between 6-8 weeks. There are no delays expected.
21 MARCH
The "Muromachi" Collection is now available and the store will remain open for approximately two weeks. For any questions or changes to your order (like a size swap), please email us at contact@wofen.co.
